SLOW DOWN!!!

We shouldn't have to change our wardrobe because of their ignorant stupidity. They're the ones that need to change.

 

One o my biggest pet peeves also yall--like cow said--have u noticed how it seems like the slower the truck can go on the big road the faster it can go in da pkg lot??
BTW as I've posted b4 in those situations I live the "Is that as fast as that big #### Pete can go?"

True. But until they decide to change, we need to protect ourselves from them, lest we become a mere grease stain in the Pilot parking lot of life.

But I see far, far more drivers acting careless than being overly abundant with care.

 

Somebody did that to me at the Pilot in Greenville, VA. Xt 213 on I-81. Just fueled up, pulled forward and a PAM driver hit my truck while I was getting out. I was almost Joe pizza.

 

Not to mention the safety aspect of it. There is nothing safe about 2 semi driving side by side for 10 minutes down the interstate. All it would take is a gust of wind, an animal, blowout, etc to cause a very serious, possibly deadly accident. The LTL boys are the worst at doing that. Maybe it's in their union contracts or something.

Be relieved that those trucks are governed. Just imagine if all those Werner and Swift trucks were ungoverned. We'd have 2 week old drivers flying down the interstate at 90mph!

And yep...I love the truckers who flash their brights at me because they think I'm going too slow for them. I tap my brakes a couple of times as to thank them for their courteous gesture.

 

Some people say I look intimidating, but that's not what I'm after. I'm so sick and friggin tired of these scumbags out here that destroy everything for the rest of us. You can't park at a lot of stores anymore because they piss and throw their piss bottles everywhere and defecate into bags and leave that everywhere and throw trash on the ground. They refuse to follow simple rules and embarress this industry because not only do they smell like a pile of dog crap but look like it too. Not to mention don't treat anyone, including the motoring public with any respect at all. I just don't care about them.

 

Im one of the ones that go nice and slow, I'll gladly speed up if you're willing to pay for the cows that I kill or cripple, when I gotta slam on brakes when one of y'all do something stupid...
