It's worth getting the insight first before committing to a big waste of time and disappointment
.... Gotta be wiser than these snakes , we wish could just stomp their heads into the ground but the next best step is to starve them out of existence

 

Stumbled on this from searching for the company, not sure wth you guys are talking bout. My buddy has been driving for Smart for the last 2 years and is doing well. I am thinking of signing up with them as an owner op soon, will write an update.

 

I don't know. I'd ask a lot of questions first. There's a lot of Smart Trucking companies listed on the FMCSA website,all with relatively high DOT numbers.

 

Hope you get filthy rich. But sounds like you're just gonna get filthy.

 

Usually when you're dealing with a Chicago outfit it's best to use reverse psychology. For example, "Amerifreight" is not American, it's foreigners. And "Smart Freight" is almost certainly dumb.

What I love is that a company called AmeriFreight has Croatian drivers in Swedish trucks pulling Korean trailers full of crap from China.

 

^Only if you're from Europe it looks like. lol
