SmartAir APU peterbilt

2017 579. So my apu stopped working. Finally found that a connector had come in plugged. Then another problem. No cold air. Had it before it un plugged. Decided to check freon. Bought vacuum pump and gauges and freon.
There are 2 ports on the evaporator fan on outside of sleeper.Both fittings are for a hi side coupler. Unless these ports, and they are hi and low. Are for something else. Hi is hot but low is just ambient temp.
Thought maybe there is another set under bunk on compressor?
Probably not. Likely just so someone doesn't use them ports thinking they are for the cab.
Just wondering if anyone knew about this problem
