So I just had the biggest week of my life.. 9,900 gross.. the pay period is from Tuesday- Tuesday..

I started working on Monday.. my loads for the week totaled up to 9,900 dollars for 5 loads..

I noticed my paycheck being short for 1900 dollars.. and the company is acting like I don’t deserve my money..

when I first worked for them doing 6-7k gross there was never a problem.. until this week with no explanation to me whatsoever.. I turned in all my bills on time. I’m beginning to get this very dark feeling on the inside because I bust my ### that week and I feel like they are playing around...

Sounds to me like you made more money than they feel you should. You hurt their feelings and it funny as hell.

keep doing what you’re doing and find a better company while you’re at it

It should be cut and dry if you have the paperwork showing they owe you the $1900.

I have been on here asking for a referral.. the big thing is I’m used to booking my own loads now and not using the dispatcher.. only when needed

Farmerbob1, Coffey and GreenPete359 Thank this.

First ? Should be have you asked them? Was it an error? Something entered wrong in a computer? Are they so small that they couldn't cover one of the pending loads that hadn't been paid yet?
Might not be an intentional screwing.
    Or it might.
Probably ought to ask some questions

I asked every possible question.. the staff barely responded to any questions pertaining to the matter.. noticed I said barely enough to hopefully get me to be ok with the decision.. to me it looks like they pick and choose how to pay drivers.. they split my check up for another week I believe..

    Ugh... Sorry.
I was hoping it was a better situation. My new company is really tiny and I'm paid 25%. There have been weeks where the paycheck lady has called me on Monday that something was missing in my paperwork and she will say straight out they can't cover such and such until the broker has the papers. Hasn't come down to that but if it did it would not be them screwing me over. In your situation I'd be moving along.
