If it's a matter of having to wait a while until they find a non smoker I'd say wait if it bothers you. It'd be well worth it. It would be extremely crappy of them to force you to, but it wouldn't surprise me these days.
I don't smoke and I run team with my best friend who does. If it was anybody else I wouldn't do it. He's really good about it and never smokes in the bunk and always has the window down. The only time it really bothers me is when I first wake up and it clogs my nose up badly. We have a good time on the road though so it's worth it to me. -
If you are talking about TRAINING (which may be the case, since this is the newbie forum), they may have to force you. I know that for my company, there is a waiting list for a non-smoking trainer, and they probably live 300 miles from your house.
If you are talking about TEAMING on a permanent basis, they can't force you to team with someone you wont get along with. If they want to fire you for that, then consider it a lesson learned and go work for a company that isn't staffed by monkeys. -
