This is Snackbar's thread, not the FCC thread, in case you haven't noticed. I don't go into your thread anymore, by choice, for many reasons. But I've followed Snackbar's threads for years.
And while FCC doesn't allow criticisms of the company in its own thread, when a forum member (Cdavis) continuously comes into a separate thread that has nothing to do with FCC, to either brag about how many miles he's getting (normally when times are going bad for Snackbar) or to suggest Snackbar go to FCC, other forum members have the right to make constructive criticisms about your company.
So don't act like I brought up FCC out of nowhere, I didn't even respond to his first sets of FCC posts in the last month in this thread. Go and read my post you are responding to, I said nothing derogatory or insulting towards any particular forum member. I simply gave valid critiques of your company, based off what your company drivers have written in your own and separate FCC thread.
As for your other point, I have already suggested to Snackbar that I believe he is in a good place. The company is still giving raises, getting new equipment, and I believe is big enough to survive the downturn. There are several YouTubers who are doing great with the company, and I see no reason why Snackbar can't achieve their levels of success and get to where he wants to be with the company.
I think you're doing good Snackbar, you're just hitting a bit of a rough patch right now. Continue to grow your relationship with your dispatcher and I think things will start to turn around for you. This week you were able to get your more desired run from the Midwest down to the southeast, so you can get your miles in for the week as you wanted. That shows that dispatch is listening and are trying their best for you.
I'm rooting for you Snackbar, you got this.
Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

while FCC is still one of the top companies in this industry no companies gonna be 100% including Crete Shaffer nor FCC, but they at least do things at least at both to try to make things right…to me a good company is going to demonstrate that they will address issues and try to fix them instead of ignoring them and from what i can see FCC does that and over here my personal experience is the same…hope not dumb twucker, Lonesome, DonRobbie and 1 other person Thank this.

10k services are normally inspection, grease, cabin air if needed. I don't know many companies stretching grease and safety inspections out to 30k, just seems to be asking for more breakdowns, Now a B service most do at 30-50k miles now. I can't speak for FCC but we try to get guys to the terminal the night before so they are on break, or when they only have a few hours left on their clock. That doesn't always work but more companies aren't going to pay shop price at a truck stop or dealer for PM of any level just for driver convenience.Friend, hope not dumb twucker, wulfman75 and 1 other person Thank this.

FCC doesn’t allow what??

FCC doesn’t get to disallow diddly squat. I’m the law around here, not FCC, and our members are to free to criticize whatever they like. Whoever works for that company has a problem with that, then they can come out of the woodwork and take that up with yours truly.Cobrawastaken, silverspur, JohnBoy and 12 others Thank this. -
Any update on the weekend plans Snackbar? Hopefully you got a good run (or good couple of runs) to keep you busy?
Friend and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
Every dispatch system has a system for tracking on time, late, service failures and other issues with loads, and I would bet 90% of dispatchers at non-mega carriers know who their good drivers are.Friend and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.
-
I'd say 90% of mega dispatchers do too.
The disconnect is between how good the driver THINKS they are and what the numbers say.Friend, kylefitzy, hope not dumb twucker and 3 others Thank this.
