Parking in a chain up area to avoid chaining up is worse than parking on the fuel island. Imo you’re 100% right Timpte, give them one helluva reminder!
Call it revenue generating if you want, this is exactly what it is. Voluntary Taxation is the technical term. You F up and get caught you pay the man. If you don’t want to pay the man...don’t F up. It’s really a keep it simple stupid kind of rule.
