    Sure Can be! One winter I had to "Hold My Mouth Just Right" to make it to the Top with Chains on.Almost couldnt touch the gas without Spinning.

    I went through early feb when they got a bunch of snow I was making tracks for everyone it seemed.. people were stopped everywhere but pulled out and followed after I went by..

    Yes,that 18 hwy is Tiger Mountain. Ive seen ice on it .The main problem is "bone head" four wheelers playing games, trying to "get in frontta ya" before Right lanes End.

    You can go down any mountain as slow as you want as many times as you want but you can only go down too fast once.
