I don't see a problem, if they are not passing those laws.

 

I guess since this is brought back from the dead by an advertisement I'll add my 1.5¢. when I drove where it snowed we had this snowplow looking thing mounted on poles that you lowered down to the roof of the trailer and drove thru to push the snow off.
