Snow In Baghdad For First Time Ever

So much for Global warming ...........

 

Well we missed it up here today but it will come we get it about every year here on the northern front not enough to speak of but a flurry or 2 at least but in 4 years of being over here thats the first i heard of it snowing that far south in Iraq. It was cold today though so no telling what is next. If we don't get some rain soon it will water rationing again this summer and baby wipe baths for months again.

 

global warming is the unusual weather paterns and there actually is no such thing as global warming but were not gonna start another debate about that again

When its cold its global warming
When it rains to much its global warming
When it doesn't rain its global warming
It turns out no matter what the weather is like they say " see here is the proof " LOL

 

It was such a wonderful event people called each other to be sure their friends and family didn't miss it. They kept saying things like, It was raining from the sky..lol. I can't imagine living somewhere that doesn't get snow and having generations go by without ever seeing it. People experienced it as magical, which of course it is...

If I was the general in Baghdad I would have used this to my advantage.

"If you don't put down your weapon's I will make the clouds fall from the sky and the ground turn white". And then when the snow started falling, I would say, "I told you so, next time it will be fire."
