Again, if what you say is 100% right, try to put it into lease agreement and see response.
not only owners would sue you for misclasification but you would have to move cheap sh** yourself
Everyone is brave talking, my point is to transfer your words onto a paper and than run your business

leasing truck is a scam, very few people is making money, rest suffers badly.
and the reason for that is there is more sh"" loads than good one

The lease operators I knew at Commercial Carriers, Allied, etc made money hand over fist. I don't know what playbook you are following

I didn't leave a 6 figure Union job without doing my research first. I now make more and work less as an owner operator with my company. I have no plans to sell and go back to working for someone else.

    Terry270, SLANT6 and brian991219 Thank this.

Ha Ha Ha!!! Ive made more money leased on to a major carrier and hauling new cars than I can count. Now im on my way to my own new car contract and have owner operators following me. This is why some in our industry will never reach the pinnacle. You cant just waltz into an OEM with $250k in cargo ins. and expect to get a contract. Most OEM's now require $500k cargo and diminished value on your insurance binder. Trying $39k a year for the whole package. Per truck!!!! Some of you will just never will understand. Forcing desperate people with truck payments to run cheap freight? Where the F&^%k is that coming from? Don't like it? Don't lease on. Go fight some weasel car dealer for auction freight who will cut your throat if another carrier drops the rate by $10 per car. Or POV's. What a joke. Ill think of you sitting by my new vacation house in Tahoe
