Alright, so already got the tankers and doubles. made an appointment to go ahead and start the HME process. did that and TWIC
i was expecting the HME stuff to take like 2 months. If the below is really what i think it is, that means it took less than 24 hours.
so does this mean i can go take the test now and if i pass i can get the endorsement?
So can i go test now?

You’ll probably receive the actual letter from TSA in the mail within a few days. I’m not sure if they would count a printed email, you could always call and ask. Better than waiting in line then getting turned down. You know how those DMV workers are.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

ELIGIBILITY DETERMINED
TSA sent official notification of your Hazardous Materials Endorsement eligibility to your state of license. Please check with your State Drivers Licensing Agency on your Commercial Driver's License and HME issuance process and status. TSA does not send or issue approval letters.
NOTE: The card holder must be present at the time of payment.
Status as of 12/15/2022.
I'll call the DMV tomorrow and see if it has shown in their system just to be on the safe side. But the above is from the TSA site when I login.
We shall see lolJSanborn103 Thanks this. -
Oh maybe they changed it. It was a few years ago when I got mine.CAXPT and just_s0me_Guy Thank this.

Who knows lol, I'm just surprised it took less than a day for them to do their thingJSanborn103 Thanks this. -
If you have a TWIC card, or a passport, with no criminal history, it's generally less than a few hours on a work day, since the necessary information is available for either of the three. Even better when you have both. My recent X endorsement took less than two hours to get back.
