One huge bonus to a Roll-tite (now known as Shurtite) is hiring and retaining drivers. I haul aluminum coils to Laredo and bring back fibreglass panels - neither of which can get wet. I've hauled an undercarriage to the Ford plant in Louisville. I've also hauled injection molding machines. The coils and panels can be tarped but not the other two. Besides, who wants to tarp in Laredo when it's 102F in July? Not me. BTW, I'm female and no longer a spring chicken. People are surprised to see me by myself and I tell them that I wouldn't have even answered the ad if I was required to tarp.
