Exit 112 off of 80 in Morris Illinois. Another driver took a picture it, then told me he's done the same thing after we stopped laughing about it

You can laugh about leaving the hose in your tank while driving off?

I hope never to meet you on the road.

What should he do? Things happen to everyone you learn from it I've seen it done many times and most of the time by long time drivers

Yeah, after the guy walked up and stuck the hose back together in less than 15 seconds and looked at us like what's the big deal it got a little comical.

You don't sound too pleasant to run into on the road anyway, Mr. "E LOGS SAVE LIVES, IF YOU DRIVE 1 SECOND OVER 11 HOURS YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY WILL DIE" -dude who is super serious about everything and never made a mistake

I've made my fair share of mistakes.
I don't laugh about them, I try to learn from them.

    And yes, I'm serious.
    Trucking is a serious thing.

"Mr. "E LOGS SAVE LIVES, IF YOU DRIVE 1 SECOND OVER 11 HOURS YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY WILL DIE"
That has NEVER been me, and I never have never written anything like that.
So don't misquote me, or my attitude.

I do, however, have a t-shirt that has a bear on it.
It reads... I don't play well with others.

Definitely learned from it. Decided I'm hanging up both hoses before I start pumping DEF from now on.

I hope that bear's ### is covered, we wouldn't want anyone seeing your personality lol

First stub from my time out of the hotel/first week without any breakdowns or serious delays was finally posted. Only 2400 miles but I was only out 5 days during this pay period.

P.S. I might have some interesting news later in the week, waiting to see how some things unfold
