In your very first post you said that you were fired and couldn't find anyone to give you a chance because of your DAC. Now here you are saying you were hired 4 days later by tx freight. Care to clear that up for us?

Well like alot of folks here have said. Just keep looking and something will pop up. After I got out of school nobody would hire me, NOT EVEN SWIFT, talk about a blow the the self esteem sheesh. Anyway there is probably something out there for you, be it a mega carrier, mom and pop shop, dump truck, etc.....there is something out there for you.

It doesn't matter but you failed to mention that in your original post. You portrayed yourself as a person who was fired and couldnt find a job. Now 12 pages later you admit that you are working. FTR, I'm not instigating anything. If you dont want people to comment on your thread dont start one.

They pulled your MVR. §391.51 requires them to do that annually and keep it in your driver file for 3 years. They are also supposed to have a driver application on file. If they aren't keeping the required documents in your driver file, they are risking fines if/when they are audited.

Call Werner and tell them the truth. They let you use GPS and your atlas. They don't have Qualcomm routing, only directions.

Draped up and drifted out. Know what I'm talking about? Three in the morning, just stashed up my stash spot.

Guys back off of her. Lady drivers have enough of an uphill battle in this industry. She owes you no explanation. Don't compounded the problem.
