I have been on roads sometimes that looked so shady that I have turned my truck off, and walked down the road aways to see if I was actually supposed to be or even ABLE to be on that road.
So frustrated...PLZ HELP! Fired for using GPS

100% spot on here my friend! But I will tell you that the dispute process is a joke as well. I have been down that road and all it did to me was make my DAC worse! The whole DAC system is complete and utter BS!! Just hearing the word DAC makes my blood bubble!!

YOU JUST HV TO KEEP LOOKING..AND BE UP FRONT...DAC SAYS YOU I'll is company policy ..WELL THAT CAN MEAN ANYTHING....JUST SAY U WAS NOT AWARE OF SUCH RULE...ITS UNDERSTANDABLE..YOU ARE NEW..LOTS TO LEARN AND RETAIN....MY GUESS IS U ARE GOING TO HAVE A HARDER TINE FINDING WORK CAUSE LENTH OF TRAINING.AND THE MORE TYM THAT PASSES..THEY WILL WANT U TO START ALL OVER ,,AND TAKE A REFRESHER COURSE..SO WAISTE NO TYM..APPLY APPLY...

If it's a company policy violation and it's a violation that comes with termination (see company policy book) then they can #### well do as they please.
