So frustrated...PLZ HELP! Fired for using GPS

    I'm with the rest of them; you were let go for using a GPS?!? I'm sorry.... that's just plain terrible.

    This is why things are screwed up: You can find out anything about anyone (practically)....nothing is personal or private. HOWEVER, when a company puts something on a DAC like "failure to follow company policy", and someone wants to know specifically what that is, they're NOT ALLOWED TO TELL, often leaving the one asking to assume the worst. Something is terribly backwards.

    The system is screwed up, probably beyond repair.

    ya I never heard of anything so silly as to fire someone for simply using a GPS.With policies like that,you'd be better off with another company.

    Cool cat picture.Anyway you might wanna try Lisa Motor Lines in Fort Worth.They are reefer and haul for FFE.Yrs ago they were a starter company.

    I'm still learning about this whole "DAC Report" thing. I've seen a few suggest she could dispute the information on this report and I read (on this site, I believe) that DAC reports fall under the same laws as credit reporting. If that's the case and she does dispute, would she be able to put somewhere on the report her side of the story (like on credit reports)?

    sighs at least i know now iam not the only one i trust graigslist about as far as i can toss my nieghbers car but i am like you cant find a job the only difference is i have not worked in 12 years due to being sick at one time or another
