If you can, talk directly to a recruiter face to face, that way you can get them to understand exactly what happened and why and they can see you're not trying to BS them. I started with ROEHL Transport right out of school and they were a great training company. I don't know if they still operate their school but being you do have some experience behind the wheel they may be able to make something work for you. Not saying I know how things are there now as I was there some 8+ years ago but I do talk to their drivers and many of the names I knew are still there.

This is a bad deal! Big time BS! But don't let it keep you down! You will find another job! Just keep at it. And don't give up. Keep the Details to a minimum until you get to sit down with somebody face-to-face. You can do it and I wish you the best of luck!

Looks like you have three problems, your DAC, your school paperwork, and your loan. Most would not agree with me, but I would give USA Truck a shot. Not a great company, but they overall are pretty much like PAM. They also use C-1 for their in-house training (I bet you trained with a bunch of USA people). This way USA would maybe assist you in continuing your contract with C-1, possibly keeping some kind of collection agency from coming after you. Also I have not heard of USA being anti-GPS, which might help your case in getting hired by them. Best of luck to you.

I can't reiterate how important it is to stay away from these larger carriers. This happens time and time again. Once these guys are done with you they will damage your dac so that no one else will hire you. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Yes you are going to have a hard time finding another driving job. This time I recommend trying to find a smaller carrier. Well, actually it maybe your only choice now.

Unless you want to work for a supermegacarrierfleet why would you care about DAC? Or CSA for that matter. The most desirable and hire-able drivers I know couldnt get a job at PAM or Swift...

Forget your current business model, stop trying to be a slave to a room full of dispatchers who couldnt care less about you.

Go talk to every mom & pop trucking outfit with 5 trucks that you can find.

If you guys really want to get better freight rates you better start telling your friends to get out of those supermega companies and support small companies.
