    Looked these up and thank you btw Chinatown but I see their offices are not in the Tampa or Florida area for that matter.
    Does it matter though? My question is; could one apply even though these agencies main office are Oklahoma or Arizona?

    If you can secure the financial aspect of it yourself I hear Pinellas community college has a great program and then you aren't on the hook for a bill with a company you would be working for. Crappy drive but as you already know getting anywhere from Town N Compton kinda sucks lol.

    Doesn't matter where the headquarters is, as long as you live in the hiring area, which you do.
    The reason you're in their hiring area is because the haul freight into and out of Florida all the time. Won't be any trouble at all for you to get home time where you live.
