Approximately 12,500 total miles ran at Carolina Cargo grossing $2,988.96
Approximately 52,940 total miles ran at Comet Transportation grossing $19,587.62
My approximate 65,440 total miles grosses $22,576.58 for only half of 2013
I'll say that I am complacent with my progress during 2013 and this year should definitely be much better for me -
I made $87,269.25 for the year as a company tanker driver. I worked Mon-Fri and was home every night. This is the most I have made in a year. For the last 15 years, my pay has increased. I expect to make more next year due to the raise I get this month.
I still have to remember that I am paid exactly what I am worth. We are all paid exactly what we are worth. Do I wish I was paid more? Absolutely. Who doesn't think like that? Oh well, at least I'm happy!amiller, Jarhed1964 and Sle7en Thank this. -

This is a good thread topic.
Just putting info out there.
I've been with the same mega carrier for 6 years. I am a company driver. I've only hauled dry van, with the exception of two weeks in inter-modal during training and one refrigerated load. I've hauled general freight/48 state OTR for the first 2.5 years. I then spent the last 3.5 years on a dedicated account, bringing me home on weekends. I've worked entirely since my start date. Meaning, there were no leave periods, or comp time or lay off or anything like that. I'm mostly happy with my employer. I am in no way recruiting, but by my forum name, one could figure out who I work for.
I grossed about $59,800 for 2013
I grossed about $58,700 for 2012
I grossed about $56,000 for 2011
I grossed about $54,000 for 2010
I grossed about $42,000 for 2009
I grossed about $29,000 for 2008 / 1st year, including training time. I started with my first solo load in late February of that year.
