Sometimes when I pull into a dairy that makes us hook up our own hoses , some other truck may take an unusually long time to back through the door and let all the warm air out and it can start to get cold inside.

those are killer arguments. Keep your head deep down your arse, don't pull it out to look around. We depend on people taking pride in working/risking more for less. Whatever your cpm is it is more than the number of brain cells under your skull since you believe that getting personal on an impersonal subject somehow proves your point.
