Flatbedding is one of those things where if you are dumb you had better be tough.

It is hard work, and that work can be a lot harder if you are not mechanically inclined. It takes some skill and ability to be able to strap and chain things down, sure there are some guidelines, but they are a minimum, really doing it right takes the right gear, takes the right know how.

You have to be creative, especially when it comes to loads where you are throwing say 10 light towers on a trailer, how do you secure that? What do you secure it with? How do you do it in a timely fashion? If these aren't questions you can answer off the cuff or at least in a reasonable amount of time, flatbedding ain't for you.

You are one of those specialized guys, MrBeast. You're not a real flatbedder. You're one of those 'pick it up and put it on the trailer/I'll handle the rest' people. You don't count.;)

Met a girl years ago that had 11 toes. The 11th toe was on top of her right foot, up towards the ankle. She even had her nails painted, all 11 of them. I always wondered if that would aid her in climbing.

EDIT: That reminds me,I went to school with a girl called "Creature". I was brand new, and I thought she was cute...

    ...until she smiled...

It was like "Alien". She had regular teeth, but on top growing out of her gums were...

...a row of serrated teeth complete with fangs. PT Barnum would have loved her. Good looks and demon teeth.

I always say "if you have to ask if a job is hard, then it's not the job for you."
