    If you can breath, have a CDL, a medical card, and fill out the app then USX will most likely get you into a seat for Orientation. Then the fun starts on where you have to pass their physical, and then they do the back ground check.

    Generally, if you have a CDL, you have a medical card. That is a given.

    And I want the limo, too!!!!!! :biggrin_2559: It's going to be a loonnnngggg taxi ride from Fredericksburg MD to Shippensburg PA after a lllloooonnnnnnggggg (well not as long as my previous experience) bus ride. :biggrin_2559:

    having a job is a privledge not a right the company can do there hiring any way they want including sending you home. I dont know why any company would hire you me or anyone till they got a chance to look them over Attitudes like I will raise hell would get you sent home if I was doing the hiring

    Yup! Especially if you're a newbie. Be respectful, keep your head down, eyes open & mouth closed (unless something is really wrong-don't be a door mat), do what you're told, earn your stripes. Then, if you decide you need to move on, do so. You can't expect to come into any business and start at the top or even in the middle.

    Applied to USX. Got set up fro orientation. Thinking about teaming for 8 weeks kept me up that nite. Called next day and cancelled. It's just nuts! IMHO.

    Yeah, not looking forward to that either. The ONLY person I want to team with is my old man, and he really isn't sure if he wants to drive or just ride along (no CDL yet). I just don't trust other folks. But, this was one of the better options for pets. We will see what happens once I get there.
