when I hired on at Crete, they had a question like "have you ever used illegal drugs?" I put Yes, even thou it was 13 years earlier.

    To the OP, good luck.

Maybe its true, seems this exact same senario gets posted every week.

Does your girlfriend just smoke weed, or does she use edibles also? Such as weed pills, brownies, cookies, etc. etc. etc.

U can't work for schneider, but you aren't and employee of schneider either, whichs means they can't share that info, as you signed no forms saying they could. Your fine.

Hair follicle testing is not reported to any one and so is not a bar to employment with other companies. Whoever tests you is not allowed to share that information with anyone. This is because testing and reporting procedures are under the authority of the Dept of Health and Human Services. HHS does not yet accept follicle testing as an approved method of drug screening.

An important thing to know is that follicle testing will not detect the occasional user. Smoke a fatty or snort a line Saturday night and it will not show up on the test. It is the accumulation of substances over time of habitual users that is detected by this test. Also, LSD and mushrooms are not detectable in the follicle or urine tests - I don't know about other hallucinogens.

Here is a link to a detailed explanation of all this stuff:

I was there two days; first day was not paid so I was probably not an employee. Second day was supposed to start 80/day pay. was told about test just before lunchtime on second day so it's in a gray area.

I know that weed is prescribed for cancer and glaucoma. If she has a medical reason for it due to her back, that is most certainly new to me. But I just did a search, and apparently it can be prescribed for severe back pain as well, sorry to hear she needs it that much.

But, well I said it before about your particular situation, I really do not want to beat a dead horse.

Let's see what happens with this test. Mistakes CAN happen. Hopefully, it goes your way.

Uh, I think the moment you walked in, you were an employee? Since you were pre-hired? How did you get there, on your own, or did they send you a bus ticket?

    I could be wrong though.

But it does not erase this "second testing" of the original sample in that second bottle.

Just because you were not paid the first day, may not indicate you were not considered an employee.
