If you are telling the truth, then you can live with yourself, and that is what is most important. Sometimes, we are railroaded in life, with no recourse, and can feel your pain.

When coming to a forum asking for answers though, most of the time it will not be what you want to hear, nor will it be politically correct.

Some companies don't make you do another physical; just use the same DOT Medical Card from CDL school; only do a urine test.

I was under the impression that Marijuana was only for cancer and glaucoma. My next door neighbor told me he can legally smoke because he is in pain for shoulders and back. I transport quite a few people who feel the same way. Especially now with the use of K2 on the rise

 

I thought so too, regarding the use of weed, but I searched and found that the weed can be and is used for severe pain. (of all kinds)

 

Did you fill out a W-2? I don't think you can consider yourself employed until you do.
Since companies are required to test employees, and have a drug testing program in place, I doubt they report preemployment screening. I feel it's likely there will be no record of this test outside of the place you took it.
I don't know if you're guilty or not, but I know false positives can happen.
