my advice would be take the blinders off… There’s many of those that are driving, highly aggressive tailgating, and you look at the multitude of accidents who the hell is causing the most of them now? I swear there are some rather live under a rock and act like everything is oblivious to them or something… he got many shippers a receivers who can’t even communicate with these people. There was one at a fuel desk, recently getting irate with the lady behind the counter because she couldn’t understand what he was saying because he couldn’t speak English… I mean, hate to burst your little bubble but It would be nice for them to be able to sit there and coherently learn English, so to be able to communicate because this is getting ridiculous.. Ike is doing the right thing and exposing this problem a problem that certain individuals in this industry claim nothing is happening that’s because they live in their own little fairytale world…

My thing is, if you're going to expose 1 problem, expose them all. Ike, and a good chunk of the industry are fixated on 1 issue, and that's thr smallest of issues, in my book. Spare me the safety talk. It's been far more Americans that have caused accidents, and they speak English but you're not even addressing that. If you want to talk about safety, I'm all for that. Even if you eliminate the handful of foreigners, there will still be a safety issue. Don't look now, but most of them speak English...may not be their primary language, but they can communicate. They learn English way faster than most of us could learn another language.

Frankly I’m sick and tired of people in this business making excuses… Tolerating bad actions by people simply because they make the same actions

Let’s see they can’t communicate any English to communicate with anybody. They have to use a translator app which isn’t always accurate. How do you expect them to read highway signs?
