Back in the day ........

 

TX DOT pulled me over for a random inspection while bobtail, off-duty driving. I saw him on the other side of the highway while on my way to Wal-Mart from the truck stop. I kind of figured that he was going to nab me on the way back, but I wasn't worried about it. Got a clean inspection out of it, and 15 minutes later I was back on my way.

 

I have lived in Ohio my entire adultish life, every ticket I have got but 3 was in Ohio, and I deserved everyone of them and then some. But in their defense I have to say that 99% of the state boys almost always sit in plain sight, headlights on (day or night) and If I'm going so fast that I run up on one with out seeing him then I'm either going way too fast or not paying enough attention, either way my bad... and I deserve whatever I get.

 

last time i got stopped for a random i was almost too where i was going to be unloading, drive past a full grown on the side of the road and he hops out right behind me. was following me for a little bit then one of the other trucks hauling into the same place hollers at me on the cb and basically says "hey you got one on your back door" then i replied saying "yeah see him there." he came back saying "well hopefully he is just driving somewhere and not interested in you" i replied back saying "yeah i think he is coming for me he hopped out right behind me as i went by, hopefully I'm not too bad. wish we had a scale on this job" right after I said that he turns his lights on. thinking he was listing oops.

as soon as he came up to the window he says you look a little heavy there were gonna take you up the road and check your weight. luckily all was good and no tickets.

 

Sitting on your hands because you are so happy you would be waving at everyone! Steering with your knees!...LMAO!!!!

 

Not my fault those girls thought the grab handles on the truck were stripper poles.

There are grab handles on the back of the cab.[emoji14]
