    I hate to be that guy, but 25% of $4 is $1, and 30% of $3 is $0.90. >_>

OP, if you want to know it will cost you about $3-400. Get your authority (an MC or DOT number) and then you can get on some load boards and actually talk to brokers. DAT will show you approx rates. Or you can borrow an MC/DOT if you know someone and then subscribe to a load board. But, two things above are for sure. Most O/O's aren't going to share or tell you the truth and your company surely isn't going to let you in on that info.

I just want some bargaining information. I can see there is more disparity than I ever imagined. I don't want to be unfair, just looking for a fair treatment. Takes me a long time to drive 300 through 3 major cities and I don't get detention (which is pathetic) until after two hours. I would prfer to stay with them, but would like a better treatment on backhauls. Every one is in the 44k range.

You want a bargaining chip.... Apply at other places... Even better if they dierect competitor... Eait for them to request infirmation frim current employer.

If you dont hear anything from current employer. Up thr anti and put in your 2 weeks notice...

Still dont hear anything from them?
    go work for the competition...

Its not about what the load pays your company, its what is market rate for your skills and work set up. If you don't feel fairly compensated then talk with the boss and make sure he understands what you think your time and effort is worth. If you can find a better job (pay, work structure, etc), then head over. Just remember greener grass isn't necessarily sweeter.

You don't care what my quote is? All these pages of responses yet you still don't have the answer you expected to get. This is the free market. It's our reality. If you still don't have what you need from this thread then you deserve to be shat upon, sir.
