    So how long does it stay in the system until it come off of you ? Like the CTE ? 30 days ?

    But how long does this CTE stay on you ? Cause I applied for another account the lady called me and said well ur dbl said u had a Cte so we can’t transfer you I’m like wow that crazy .. ? But she was like once it come off u can reapply ion think that’s far at all …

    The reason the account doesn't want you until it falls off is two fold. First, you have a reputation for issues of some kind. Not judging, as I don't know what the cte is for, but to get put on one is generally a big red flag. A couple of months ago I had to retrain and then term a driver who was on a cte and switched accounts. The previous dtl made it sound like the driver had minor issues and the safety critters were out for blood. In reality the guy had no object permanence and no critical thinking skills. The new account had to take ownership of terming the driver, which hurts their numbers, which hurts their bonus.



    Secondly, the new account doesn't want to be the one to fire you. It hurts their numbers
