    Yeah who the heck knows.

Just from judging at the pics I WOULD NOT have stopped long enough to take pics. I would have kept going HOPING that nobody saw what a dumb thing I had just done.

Once in the mountains of VA on a road that was not made for trucks I had the trailer go off the road on a VERY tight right hand curve on the road. As I felt the truck lean on that turn I stood on the old kitty and pulled right on thru. Never even looked in the mirror. I knew if I stopped there was a good chance I was screwed. I stopped about 1/4 mile from there to survey the damage.

Guard rail 1, tires 0. I blew both outside tires on the trailer and got on rim. I was so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and I did jack up the guard rail too. It wasn't the first time, the section I took out was still shiny. :biggrin_25523:
My brother said "oh well, at least you didn't wreck and hurt/kill any body, GET EM FIXED and back to haulin"

Old news, but a) truck was a 379 b) it couldn't pull out, even in locked differental. Basically, it was angled JUST enough to pull the drives on driver side off ground about 1/2" and set the trailer weight on the back drive tires on the passenger side.

The cut was NOT there at the start of the drive. Pictures were taken AFTER the tow arrived, right before they hooked it up. I have video of the tow too. Somewhere. Laptop's died 3x since this incident so I don't know WHICH HD it was on.

So hope that answers why I didn't drive off, I tried. Next time I will just hit the #### car. This is still being drug through the courts, awaiting QC logs from Werner whom is being quite slow in response.

i blew the pics up too and tried to follow your trailer tires, and from what i can see, i cant believe you did not roll over. as for the tire issue, if your drives never left the road, you had to have hit something prior to the ditch, and it was not something small either. :biggrin_25521:
