Brooks is a'ight, I suppose, but I prefer to not stick around there for long unless I have to. I try to get my runs in OR done ASAP so I can get on to the next preplan.

As far as Oregon goes, I just can't get used to the constant annoying drizzle of rain. After going to OR several times and often spending two week stints there driving between the paper mills, nothing but gray skies, cold rain, and the last time having had a painful head cold, I was ready for some dry air and warm sun! I dread going up to the northwest anymore. Give me infinite days of 110 degree weather anyday over constant gray skies and rain.

I hear you. I go slow anyhow so the 55 don't get to me anyhow. Yeah the rain can get old quick. I seem to get decent weather while I'm up there for the most part. Take care brother trucker!

    I'm an Oregon native,we don't tan we rust.:biggrin_25522:
Even being a native born webfoot I get tired on the rain over the long Winter months, retirement plans are to snowbird in AZ for a few months in the Wintertime.
No place nicer than the PAC NW in the Summer though.

About 75 mph with current set up,I have a new engine build in the works and she'll get there a lot quicker but with about the same top speed.
I could change the cam in the motor and change the impeller in the jet and probably hit 100 mph pretty easy but that's faster than I want to go lol.
