    Fuel haulers disconnect them on every trailer. They are on when the key is off and you can't have a light on while loading, so... Disconnect it...

    You are incorrect.ABS light would only come on when ignition turned on to check system.When light stays on during malfunction it still must have ignition switch on.ABS is powered through blue wire in trailer cord and if wired properly only has power when ignition is on.
