Finally finished my 5 weeks of training and should be getting assigned a truck sometime tomorrow any tips for a newbie who’s about to hit the road solo for the first time

Don’t tailgate, don’t get in a rush, buy a good map (technology will fail), put a CB in your truck, you can go down a mountain to slow 1000 times, but too fast only once, use google earth to check out customers locations in advance, you will have bad days out here, just remember tomorrow is a new day.
