I have the PDF copy of the Illinois CDL Study Guide, but sure would like a paper one.
Does anyone know if it can be mail-ordered? My Google-foo has failed me, and I can't seem to find it on the DMV site.
Alternatively, if any one lives close enough to an Illinois DMV office to pick one up. I'd be willing to PayPal someone 10 bucks to mail me one.....
If push comes to shove, I guess I could go buy a Kindle E-Reader, thats ALMOST as good as a paper copy.
SOLVED...Looking for an Illinois CDL Study Guide

LOL. I'm too impatient..... Just went and grabbed an Kindle ereader. It was a good excuse, I've wanted one for a while now.
Besides, I don't know if I'd want to give one of you crazy truckers my home address. (Kidding!)
Sorry to waste your time. If I could delete this thread I would.Last edited: Jun 5, 2015

So other will know if you have a PDF copy just print it out.
Now doing it from a smart phone may be tricky and may not be able to print both sides of the sheet so could end up with twice as many pages.
I am sure if you took that PDF file to a kinckos or maybe Staples they could print it out for you be best if the file was on a thumb drive they could pull the file from.

Now that you have the Kindle, join BookBub and they will send you a list of free books, a lot of them are on Amazon.com that you can download. That is if you like to read. You may even be able to check Amazon directly for freebies. A lot of books that are old too are public domain now and can be downloaded for free.

I'll be taking the the test in Illinois, and according to the recruiter, they can not use a Michigan permit.
I asked the recruiter if I show up with a Michigan permit, if things would progress faster. She replied that they can not accept a Michigan permit.
