this was the "main reason" why both my parents did not want it in the obits in the newspaper that they died.....and why they had Wills..

my wife and i are the same way of thinking..we have Wills, our kids know only of the Wills, but NOT the contents.....when one of us dies, it all goes to the survivor...

when the other spouse dies, THEN the kids go to the lawyer, and from there, it is ALL spelled out, who gets what, etc...etc...

and the wife and i also DO NOT WANT our deaths published in the papers obit section.....which by the way..??

a 1" obit here in the major RI paper, now costs a mere $450....with no picture..>!!!!!!!!

    funeral home, FREE obits...!!!!!!!

What are the chances it's in a tow yard someplace?

I have no idea what Pheonix laws are about vehicles on the shoulder being towed, but if it's a low threshold and a tow truck just happened to be going by it's a serious possibility.

Murder and theft is another high possibility.
