I would say your weekly miles and $3 for all miles is inflated in this market - unless you have some contract freight worked out. I have been sitting more lately waiting on better paying loads, which reduces my weekly miles but I am enjoying the home time. However, $3 is doable but unlikely you will average $3 on all miles driven - unless you are in a hot market.Last edited: Jan 25, 2023
My cost with fuel is 2.37 a mile. So I would say your number is about what you should expect.
Taxes, fuel, truck/trailer payment, maintenance including everything, my take home pay. It’s literally everything that I have in it. Now I can play with these numbers just like anyone else. However numbers don’t lie. I run it just like I would if I had someone working for me.OLDSKOOLERnWV, Ruthless, Siinman and 2 others Thank this.
