Dropped off for $400 worth of repair work in the winter and didn't bother to follow up on it until spring? Something doesn't add up.

 

The article said it was a landscaping company. Guess they didn't need it till spring.

 

Exactly right. Seems like the owner would have checked on it a little sooner.

 

Doesn't matter. It's a business asset and not a cheap one. Personally, I would keep up with it. Looks like maybe they were more going for free parking than a repair and now they are pissed that it didn't work out.

 

Even if I drop off a $300 bicycle in the fall I'm calling about it in a few days.
