    AGAIN. nothing correlating CDL holders regarding CMV or personal.

    It all there. There is NO DUI charge for a CDL holder at 0.04 UNLESS they are operating a CMV. Otherwise it is 0.08, just like everyone else.

    Now I know why you were (allegedly) charged at 0.005. The officer thought, "there is no way this guy isn't impaired." o_O

    You'd be amazed how much the city has grown. In the mid 90s you got off the interstate and it was still 15 minutes to get to the city, today its right up to and past 75.

    We used to live on 34th St it was a nice middle class neighborhood. I've been there a few times to load since but not near where we used to live.
