Your insurance will deny the claim, broker didn't do his due diligence in using the carrier.

Does this broker owe you money? If so you will have to fight with his bond to get it. He will hold anything owed.

You will have a hassle for awhile booking loads as they check you out.

Thanks so much, I know my insurance will surely denial the claim, just worried about broker filing a law sue because i don't want to go through that stress

He might try it, then it's attorney time. Doubt it because it was his negligence.
Watch for bad reviews(carrier411, ect) and give them all the info.
