All I know is there are 12 in our orientation in Cville, 3 are rehires, I have talked to 2 of them and they both said they should have never left.

I've seen that before too. We have a lot of rehires coming back. The grass isn't always greener on the other side?

Are any of the rehires coming from the Werner Bud account? Some guys jumped ship because they were offered a "good" deal. Personally, I don't think Werner and good belong in the same sentence. I have too many friends who have been screwed over by them.

Well, returning drivers is a good thing. I heard that Millis has one of the lowest turnover rate in the industry.

I heard all GA regional trucks were filled except one now. Looks like there will be a waiting list starting up again if anyone wants to switch over to regional.

It does have a very low turnover rate but if you are new to trucking remember this; trucking has an extremely high turnover rate industry wide. A lot has to do with job hoppers (two or more jobs in one year) and new drivers quitting within the first year. So when you first come to the co it may seem like it's higher than it actually is.

    Hegemeister Thanks this.

Well this got a little off topic, but it's all good!! I now do see how a person can get busy and not be able to post of have access to post. I was in Richfield all week for first week's training so didn't even have time really to find a pc to post on, seen one in the Super 8 but didn't even bother. Gonna order up a lap top tonight though and get that going, for me it's looking to be a must have.

Don't pay any mind to that bald headed MOJO, I know his trainer was about to whip his ### before he threw him out of the truck for crying too much. Guy has a big mouth over the internet that's all.
