I know your new here so im not sure if anyone has told you this yet but a pre hire means nothing....

In your post above (not the one i quoted) you said a pre hire is something you get after they check you out....well i hate to break it to ya but i only know 3 companies that will do you Background check, Driving Record, Work History, Drug Test, Physical before they invite you to Orientation....The rest may tell you they do but wait to till get to orientation and you see how many get sent home for things that they just found.


And just courious what are these Great Starter companies.


Not trying to be negative just saying dont count on those pre hires.....

Good to know about the prehires. I know three company's have, in fact, done due diligence before granting me a prehire letter. Sure, none of them have done drug tests, but my mvr has been checked and with one, I sent my long form medical. I won't post the companies here as everyone has their own opinions about them.

That's just my experience so far, though...
