I live in south MS about 30 min. N of the coast . I am looking at companies to work for when i get of school . If any of you have companies to suggest around here I would take it to heart and look into them . Right now I'm looking at KLLM (out of Jackson, MS) and some flatbed companies like TMC Macaroy (how ever it is spelled lol ) thats about all I have . I'm also not sure if i can do flatbed work ? thank you all for reading this and helping me

It doesn't necessarily have to be a MS-based carrier. When I started with Swift, I ran out of an NC terminal, but lived in Pascagoula. Call around, see whose hiring area you're in.

Try Watkins and Shepard. You might be a little too far from their Myrtle MS terminal for them to hire you right out of school. Try them anyway. If Conway is hiring solo drivers again, I'd recommend you give them a shout. U S Xpress is another possibility.
