Our regionals seem to have the happiest drivers; the Atlanta yard got expanded and remodeled, and is much better. I’ve heard about it being hard to get at other companies, but never had issues at kllm once they explained it. I didn’t get it once when I thought I should, but it was due to how the system works: “must be available the full day.”
Our pay periods are Tue-Mon, so returning on a Wed can disqualify you, but leaving on a Monday wont [for hometime]. They’ve also given it to me a few times when I didn’t qualify (go figure); was waiting for a truck and shop can affect availability (might get guarantee or might get shop pay, varies).

Last I heard, they had driver facing cameras and were installing some type of system that could detect if you were drowsy driving. That was about 2 years ago, though. But, still a pretty solid company from what I have heard.
If you can get recruiting to answer the phone! They’re a decent company.Siberian Husky Thanks this. -
Thank you -
That is quite close to where I live. -
They are talking about installing a similar system on the trucks here. It’s probably going to be happening at more and more places since the insurance companies seem to be in control of just about everything these days…RebelChick Thanks this.
