    Try Averitt Express in Cookeville (about 65-75 miles east of Nashville). They have Regional, Dedicated and Local though their average miles are 1800-2000 miles a week but they pay pretty good and pretty easy to get along with and have pretty good benefits. They have a big terminal (one of their main terminals) in Nashville and are off 24 on Averitt Express Dr.

    I haven't had a chance to talk to my FM about switching yet but if I get told no I'll have to seriously start looking at other options. I'm a very loyal person and Roehl has been great to me but I gotta do what I gotta do. Me living in Knoxville I have lots of options, averitt included but I don't think I could handle the no facial hair policy.. lol
