Based on all considerations (pay, work rules, attitudes) I'd go:
    Old Dominion
    Southeastern
    ABF
    UPSF
    Conway
    Fedex Freight
    FedEx Ground

Fedex Ground is a owner operator company and independent contractors.

Did my time with saia(p&d). Too micromanaged. 22hr with overtime after 45 hours. Expect arrogant coworkers and management.

Nope. They do not. All hours worked...including hours above 40/week...are paid at your standard hourly rate.

when I hired on, they said no OT pay...regardless of hours worked. I started at $21.75/hr. In my area...ABF is the only trucking company that I've seen that does OT above 40 hours.

my $.02...the turnover is very low. Granted I have been with SEFL for long, but most people seem to agree that it's a good place to work.
