Yeah southeastern is a good company. I worked outta Hazlehurst GA for 5 years as P&D and fill in line haul. I just hated the micromanagement on the P&D side. It was very good when Tobin Cassels (owner) was actually running it but it seemed like in 2017-2018 head kinda stepped away and supposedly he let some younger guys take over and things started to change. Now that’s just what I heard outta some drivers in Columbia.

Anyone have info on the Fort Worth, TX terminal? I’m trying to decide between southern and Estes.

I couldn't agree more. I worked at SEFL for 9 years. P&D drivers there get treated wrong.

@drose620 which terminal are you applying at?

Sefl management just dogs the heck out of drivers asking them for impossibles and miracles at the same time.

Some of those dispatchers used to be drivers and maybe just maybe they forgot what is like to work in trenches.

I get it they got pression from upper management but sometimes they will ask you to do things that are questionable and thats when you have use your common sense and say no to unsafe acts. what Im writing thats whats currently happening at the barn.

Even with paying overtime this terminal cannot keep drivers and its like revolving door hiring drivers every week.

Although I have been told by some of the old school drivers the more close you are to Columbia, SC the environment is different and management actually cares about its drivers.

    This is just my experience.

    Good luck.

Heard a vicious rumor that SEFL picked up the Starbucks account. Any truth to it?
