I've just started with Southeastern in SAV. So far it's been a positive experience. They do require quite a few hours riding with a driver , then driving with another driver along. But you will know what you're suppose to do by time you take the seat on your own. They seem to value their employees, but then I'm still in the honeymoon phase at this point, but I hope this helps.
