Unfortunately thats been a huge problem. Some codrivers know if they slack you'll pick up the pace jus to deliver on time, and know they get paid wether they drive or not.

Just so you know, They are in the transition of switching to paperless logs.

And you shouldnt have to drive your self into the ground JUST to stay above water.

They started me out at 18.5 then i got my hazmat and went up to 19 then ONE WEEK LATER they cut everyone in the company's pay by a penny.

 

Good luck over there. I got me a four legged co-driver as well. A little basset pup...

when I was with them It was nouthing but short sh## runs.And that italian dispatcher"bill Synago" however you spell it;Only wanted to boss me around like some slave.Boy! did we fight!

 

Is his name Fred? 4 legged co drivers are the best,I trained my dog to use the puppy pee pads.Puppys cant hold there bladders,and I could'nt stop every 2 hours,to walk her.Since she's 11 pounds now,she doesnt do much.I also had to buy a shower curtain liner,to put over my bed;while teaching her not to poop on it.She was a climber.

 

Sounds to me like she was just venting, and yes told by a lawyer not to talk about it! Bad note to get beat up here as well, maybe she could have done a better job at venting but when you have been crushed like it sounds like she was it can be hard, esp for the females.
