Hey all, just got back into OTR driving after a break. I'm currently driving for a small company out of Sumrall, MS and it's just really not working out like it should've been, I actually feel lied to with this place.
I'm looking for a decent flatbed company that can get me home on the weekends that doesn't use driver facing cameras. So far it seems like every place I've found uses them. If they do use them I'd really prefer if it's just when events get triggered from outside the vehicle. I'm not the type to be on my phone or anything like that, it's more of just an invasion of privacy thing. I have a total of 4mos flatbed experience, almost a year of OTR, but just 1mo recent and that's with the current company. (I drove 1y locally prior)

I think Swift took the cameras out of the trucks.

Thanks, Chinatown. I don't know where you keep your lists but we can always rely on you haha
I was most interested in Jordan and Decker, but I found a lot of people saying they had driver facing cameras, and actually found some negatives specifically on Decker and their cameras. -
I had planned to list Decker, but didn't. I know Decker hauls steel out of Bessemer, AL.
You already worked for Howard Transportation, which you just posted about. So you already familiar with that company. -
A few flatbed drivers on this forum have crossed paths with Swift flatbed drivers at various locations. They all say the Swift flatbed drivers are real pros and very professional. Haven't ever read any negative comments about them.
