Spare switch wiring

I'm trying to wire in work lights and a trailer hot line into 2 of the 5 spare switches on a 2016 Peterbilt 389. How do I get the power to the switches? Do I need to buy any harnesses?

The spare switches should already be powered. Pete should have left the wires capped someplace.

If they are factory installed switches, they should be wired, you should only have to find which slot to add a fuse and where they capped the wire.
